Shareate Tools Ltd. was founded in 2005 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2021. We are a multinational corporation engaged in R&D, manufacturing, sales, and services of cemented carbide products, rock drilling tools and mining services.

Shareate has been granted 113 invention patents and 470 utility model patents. We are accredited with the API Spec Q1 and ISO 9001 certifications.

Our company serves five fields: cemented carbide, cutting tools, rock drilling tools, oil and gas, and mining exploration services. Group owns several domestic and overseas subsidiary companies, and our products are exported to over 60 countries.
