Hadeel Al-Eisa is the Manager of Corporate Citizenship at Aramco, where she leads the strategic development and management of the company’s corporate citizenship efforts, spanning programming, governance, reporting and community investment. Her portfolio encompasses socioeconomic development, STEM education, energy access, volunteerism and philanthropy, contributing to sustainable development and community prosperity locally and globally.
Al-Eisa has played a leading role in advancing corporate volunteerism and youth development in Saudi Arabia. She established and led the Ithra Volunteer Program and has contributed to Aramco’s corporate volunteerism efforts and the Rasheed Volunteering in Schools program. She also led Alsharqiyah Gets Creative, a large-scale community engagement platform that brought together more than 300 partners across government, non-profit, education and private sectors to activate communities across the Eastern Province.
Prior to her current role, Al-Eisa held leadership positions across partnerships and sponsorships, communications, community engagement and operations at Ithra and Saudi Aramco, giving her broad experience in stakeholder engagement and organizational leadership. She also served as Task Force Lead for the Y20 Global Citizenship Engagement Group under Saudi Arabia’s G20 Presidency.
Al-Eisa holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid and is an alumna of the Oxford Cultural Leaders Program.
