Bassam Frem

Bassam is a Managing Director and Partner (MDP) at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Riyadh and core member of the Energy practice. Bassam has 15+ years of experience supporting energy sector players in the Kingdom and the region including the Ministries, regulators, operators and developers across a multitude of topics such as strategy, organization, governance, change management, and operations excellence. Bassam works at the intersection of the sector orchestrators and associated private sector players (incl. SOEs, Large corporates and SMEs) in developing the relevant strategies and approaches for economic development, value creation and capability building.

Bassam holds an MBA degree from the London Business School (LBS), an M. Eng degree from McGill University in Montreal, and a B. Eng Degree from the American University of Beirut (AUB).
