Dalia Sibie is a geopolitical strategist, media and energy affairs expert, and moderator at Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Energy, where she leads strategic analysis of global energy markets, geopolitical developments, and international narratives, providing insights that support senior decision-making on energy and policy issues. She advises on emerging risks, global trends, and developments at the intersection of energy, geopolitics, media, and diplomacy. 



 



With more than 15 years of experience spanning international affairs, diplomacy, strategic communications, journalism, media, and finance, Dalia has built a distinguished career at the crossroads of global policy, energy, and international communications. Prior to joining the Ministry of Energy, she served as Advisor in the Cabinet of the Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), contributing to political affairs, diplomatic engagement, strategic communications, media strategy, and multilateral initiatives. 



 



Her professional experience also includes roles with Samba Financial Group, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), and CNBC Arabia, where she covered international economic, political, and energy developments and engaged with senior policymakers, diplomats, and industry leaders from around the world. 



 



Dalia holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Essex, United Kingdom, and a Diploma in Journalism from Sheridan College, Canada. She is the recipient of the Toronto Star Academic Excellence in Journalism Award, recognizing her outstanding achievement in journalism and strategic communication.
