Important: Trade Visitors can only collect their badges as per the schedule provided. We will not be able to print badges should you collect the badges earlier.
To collect your badge, please bring
Your registration confirmation email with the QR code
A valid passport, or Saudi national ID / Iqama
Make sure that a portrait picture is properly uploaded in advance in your dedicated dashboard
Collection on behalf of the registered participant
You may collect the badge on behalf of the participant, either for an individual or group collection.
Kindly fill the collection form here.
To collect the badge, please bring your valid national ID (passport, driver’s license, or Iqama) along with the printed copy of the confirmation email/s of the registered participant/s.
For 10 or more badges, collection will be after 1 day. For less than 10 badges, they can be collected the same day.
The deadline to collect on behalf for an individual or a group is Saturday 10 October at 8:00 PM.
