Renad Aldebasi

Renad Aldebasi is part of the Ministry of Energy in Saudi Arabia’s Circular Carbon Economy (CCE) Program, where she contributes to advancing the Kingdom’s CCE framework and its practical application across the energy system. Her work focuses on supporting policies, regulatory frameworks, and enabling mechanisms that facilitate the deployment of carbon management solutions, including Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS). 

She works closely with government entities, industry leaders, and international partners to advance the practical implementation of the Circular Carbon Economy.
