Dr. Rajesh Gattupalli is President of Honeywell Technologies 
UOP, part the Process Technology business. Honeywell 
Technologies UOP is a premier global supplier and technology 
licensor that designs solutions to drive energy, resource and 
cost efficiency within the refining, petrochemical and low 
carbon energy sectors.
Most recently, Rajesh served as Vice President & General 
Manager (VPGM) for Honeywell Technologies UOP, 
responsible for leading all commercial activities for the 
Lifecycle Solutions and Technologies (LST) and UOP Process Technologies businesses as well 
as Customer Marketing, Software Transformation and Offering Management.
Previously, Rajesh served as VPGM of LST and led global strategy for the Catalysts, Adsorbents 
and Services business at Honeywell Technologies UOP. He also previously served as VPGM for 
the Refining and Petrochemical businesses within LST at Honeywell Technologies UOP.
Rajesh joined UOP in 2008 and has held a variety of roles throughout his tenure, including 
Business Development Director of a new Growth Vector technology, Senior Business Leader for 
UOP’s Alkylation & Treating product line, Senior Product Marketing Manager for UOP’s 
Hydroprocessing product line, Principal Process Consultant for complex Refining & Petrochemical 
integration projects and Research & Development. His contributions include developing and 
commercializing multiple technologies in the Refining and Petrochemical area, providing 
innovative integration solutions, and driving technology enhancements based on customer needs. 
Rajesh earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering in India, as well as a Master of 
Science and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island. He holds more 
than 25 U.S. Patents and is a featured author in several leading industry journals
