Dr Raad Alkadiri
Raad Alkadiri is a specialist on geopolitics and global energy markets. As Managing Partner of 3TEN32 Associates, he draws on three decades of experience advising Fortune 500 corporations and senior government leaders on the political and economic forces shaping energy markets, from Middle East instability and OPEC dynamics to the geopolitics of energy transition.
His career spans leading geopolitical and energy intelligence firms, including roles at Eurasia Group, the BCG Center for Energy Impact, IHS Energy, and PFC Energy. He began his career at Oxford Analytica.
Raad also served as Policy Advisor to the UK Special Representative during Iraq's reconstruction (2003–04) and as Senior Political Advisor to Her Majesty's Ambassador (2006–07).
A Senior Associate at CSIS, he holds a DPhil in International Relations from St Antony's College, Oxford, has published widely on Middle East and energy affairs, and is a regular media commentator.
