Dr. Anas F. Alhajji is an internationally recognized energy markets expert, researcher, author, and keynote speaker, and one of the top three social media influencers in energy markets.
He has written more than 1,000 papers, articles, and columns, some published in over 10 languages. His work is cited in more than 60 books. He advises governments, corporations, major financial institutions, and investors on oil, gas, LNG market outlooks, energy geopolitics, energy security, and the impact of disruptive technologies.
He is the founder and Managing Partner of Energy Outlook Advisors. Previously, he was Chief Economist at NGP Energy Capital Management, where he led macro analysis of oil, natural gas, NGLs, LNG, and global economic trends, and produced short- and long-term market outlooks.
He held faculty positions at the University of Oklahoma, the Colorado School of Mines, and Ohio Northern University, where he held the George Patton Chair of Business and Economics.
